DESIGN

When remodeling there are many different creative decisions that need to be made, ranging from plumbing and lighting fixtures to tile design, hardware, and paint colors. Our team collaborates with you to help choose materials and decide on the aesthetic for your home. We will work with you as much or as little as you prefer. We provide all needed information and supplies to the project manager/contractor. Working together with them we help facilitate to not only keep timelines on track but to make sure all materials are accounted for.

Design charge is based on Client Package selection.

DRAFTING

As a full scale operation we’re able to work with clients on anything from redesigning an existing floor plan to helping with a brand new concept. Our team of Drafters, Architects.and Engineers collaborate with you to execute the vision and provide a complete set of plans to move forward, either with our other departments or with your own team.

Charge for Drafting is $70 an hour. Architects and Engineers are on a per project basis and price varies per job.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Construction projects have many moving parts and we’re here to plan, facilitate, and put out fires before they begin. From pulling permits, bringing in trusted trades, keeping a clean and safe site from start to finish, and supplying materials, we’re here to make this a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We know as an industry, communication is notoriously frustrating. We set out to change this trend and pride ourselves on exceptional communication. In this effort, we utilize the software BuilderTrend to help communicate all the steps and progress of your project. You’ll be able to see the schedule, look at your documents and plans, see notes and photos from the team and follow links from your designer. You’ll be informed at all times and know all the right questions to ask. Your project manager will take the time at the beginning of the project to put together a thorough bid so as to provide you with as accurate quotes as possible.
We work with clients and trades every step of the way to stay within your budget and help to keep the project on track.

Charge for Project Management is 10% of your total project cost.
